Is First Class Mail Faster Than Marketing Mail with the USPS?
Yes, First-Class Mail is generally faster than Marketing Mail (formerly known as Standard Mail) with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
First-Class Mail is typically used for personal correspondence, bills, and statements, and has a delivery standard of 1-3 business days within the United States. Marketing Mail, on the other hand, is used for advertising and promotional mailings and has a delivery standard of 2-9 business days within the United States.
However, it's important to note that the delivery time for both types of mail can vary depending on a variety of factors, including the destination, the time of year, and the volume of mail being processed by the USPS. Additionally, there are certain instances where Marketing Mail may be eligible for expedited processing and delivery, such as during the holiday season.
If you are a Corefact customer, you can use the Track Mail tab to check mail tracking times on your account dashboard. If you’re not a Corefact customer, maybe you can become friends with one.
If you need your mail to be delivered quickly, you may want to consider using First-Class Mail.
